Dino Villegas, PhD, is an academic leader, keynote speaker, and digital transformation strategist who empowers future and current leaders to navigate change, embrace innovation, and shape the future of business. As Associate Dean for Undergraduate Programs at the Rawls College of Business, Texas Tech University, he operates at the forefront of business education, AI-driven transformation, and marketing strategy.
With a Ph.D. in Management and a Master’s in Communication, he has dedicated his career to bridging traditional marketing practices with the future of business.
In his role as Associate Dean, Dr. Villegas spearheads the revitalization of the core business curriculum and the launch of a highly ranked Online BBA program. His efforts ensure that students are equipped with the skills needed to thrive in today’s global business landscape.
